Tropical flowing dress

This dress is adorable, it is a 3x plus size - and is 100% polyester . It is nipped at the waist and is made to wear off the shoulder . It can be worn on shoulder though. There is a nice slit in the skirt as well. It’s navy with a tropical bird pattern. 49 bust, 38 waist, 53 length it’s roomy.
