Thank you! I have a few that are polyester but they feel like they are vinyl instead of fabric, so I don’t use a liner. I can’t use peva or plastic ones because my cat chews on anything plastic. I try to find ones that repel water.

@martitajp I added a video of the fabric and it is three flamingos on the beach. I open the package and now that I know how gorgeous it is I will redo the listing, but I would accept the nine dollars from you since you already asked about it. It’s polyester not cotton. I’m still not sure if you need a liner with it or not so I don’t wanna say that you do or don’t, but it is definitely a polyester fabric.
