Tropical Ruffled Dress

This dress is gorgeous on! It's short in the front and long in the back, so it has a very elegant look. It has a really pretty laced v-neck, so you can adjust it on your chest to accommodate. But, if you are a Full C, this dress may be too tight at the top! I'm a D and I'm too big for the top of the dress, which is why I'm selling it. The blue in the photos look a little brighter, but its definitely navy.
