Tropical Print Skirt- Express

This tropical floral print skirt from EXPRESS is 100% rayon and has a short black lining inside that is 100% poly. Perfect for summer or a luau, which is what I wore this too, and it was perfect. This is in great condition as that was the one and only time that I wore the skirt. You can see in the photos that the waist is flat in the front but has stretch in the back as the back portion of the waist is all elastic.
