Tropical Inspired Cut Out Maxi Dress

This is a statement dress. Bright tropical flowers surround an animal print center front and back. Narrow straps. The back has a laced detail . Size M measures 34 at chest, the waist has these cutouts, 34 at hips, 26 inch slits on either side. 61 long from shoulder to hem. The coolest part are the cutouts at the waist.
