Tropical High Low Dress

Strapless high low dress in a beautiful tropical print and turquoise blue underlay. Has two straps that you can tie around your neck if you choose. Zipper closure on the side, stretchy back which allows the dress some give. Has a slight pull (pictured) at the bottom but is hardly noticeable. Perfect summer dress.
