Tripp NYC miniskirt

Two-layer miniskirt with adjustable buckle detail, under layer is a faux petticoat, Y2K vintage from Hot Topic back when they had the iron grate door with the glass baubles in it. Worn a few times, but it was always too short on me, just kept it in case I lost some butt (I never did). There is a security flap on the inside of the zipper so it doesn't pinch or snag on tights/undies.
