Black, collared shrug. The bottom of the label where the size tag should be is not sewn down, and doesn't ever look like it was. Also, tag was removed from lining on jacket (see photo). It is either a 0 or a 2. I will list it as a 2. Pit to pit is 17". Collar to hem on back is 13.25". I am 5'9" and range in size from 2-6 and it fits me.
