mintchocoships @vanessa_ppp Hi! Thanks so much for your question - I totally understand . I believe it may just be some glare reflecting on the gold - I did not note any fading of the gold on these . I take very detailed pictures and try to be meticulous as to the quality of my items . You can look in my store at some blue Monet earrings - and in the last photo you can see the gold faded area on those earrings to compare . I hope that helps 💚
