koo408 I bought this but it will not turn on, the purple indicator and vibration does not happen at all. Even after it indicates a charge with a short green light. This product is unusable. This is a lemon unfortunately. I need to return this product. Ive opened a case.

tx_bluebonnet @koo408 it was tested and worked when shipped. It’s literally never been used even once. Please check YouTube for videos on how to use the product correctly. Sent PM.

koo408 @tx_bluebonnet I followed the directions to the letter. I watched videos. It will not turn on. The purple treatment light will not turn on and there is no vibration to indicate its working. when you say you tested it, what exactly did you test it to do? Did you successfully get the purple light and vibration to last for a whole minute? That's what it will not do for me. What exactly did you test it to do? It doesn't work.

koo408 @tx_bluebonnet If it wasn't even used once, then it wasn't properly tested at all. You don't know then that it works, if it was never used once.
