This is a Tri-Chem Ready to Paint artwork, 8189 Jesus Watching Over. It is 19" x 26" and includes the Instructions. This piece was started as the outline of the boy has been colored yellow but a vast majority remains unpainted. It has some creases from being folded and some discoloration at the crease but can likely be covered by painting.
