Tree Topper Red and Black Plaid Top Hat

Red and black Buffalo plaid top hat Christmas tree topper with faux pine greenery and red jinglebell on hatband. About 9" tall and 9" diameter. You just set it on top of the tree - suppose it would work on a snowman, too? Never used, smoke and pet-free home.
