Treasure & Bond tie shoulder sundress

Brand new, never-worn tie shoulder midi sundress from Treasure & Bond (Nordstrom). It has a black and brown leopard print, a smocked bodice, square neck, side-seam pockets and tie shoulder straps. It's size XS, but sizing for this dress runs large (I typically wear size small). On trend summer dress in perfect condition.
