This item is in good to excellent condition - unless mentioned below under flaws Item comes from a pet free, smoke free home There are no visual signs of stains, rips, snags or smells Measurements are in the photos Flaws will be noted here if there are any - not a flaw, but I wanted to mention because of the cotton blend. It does show a little fading like around neck seam. Nothing that noticeable just not as crisp of color. I think it's because of natural fiber, but I wanted to mention it.
