This allows breathability and flexibility of the material. It has a subtle striped pattern. There is some light piling that can be seen in the last picture but can only be seen through close inspection. The full length is 22.5 inches, the inseam is 9 inches, the rise is 13.5 inches, and the waist when laid flat is 20.5 inches.
