hoosiergent 19" on a Size LARGE?! What are the two features/points between which you took your measurement? (Traditional measure for menswear is either ("L"-configured) nape-of-neck to hem of cuff *OR* top-of-shoulder-seam to hem of cuff.)

loisbookman @hoosiergent I measured the inseam from the armpit to the end of the sleeve. I can remeasure from shoulder.

hoosiergent Ms Bookman: Forgive my final interruption. I have a long wingspan. The measurement I actually require is the traditional one: FROM--- top of shoulder-SEAM [specifically THAT, and nowhere else] TO--- end of cuff. Top of shoulder SEAM is the apex of the oval-shaped stitch-line that attaches sleeve to torso/bodice. Measurement should NOT include any territory above that apex. If you can manage what must seem like one more goose-chase, I shall be enormously obliged. All the best, hoosiergent

loisbookman @hoosiergent 32” from top of shoulder to hem. If you have as you say “a long wingspan” I dont think this jacket will meet your needs. Sorry.
