please look at all the pictures. this bag has the normal wear and tear of a used bag. no rips. one of the zippers is missing the pulley, but it won't compromise the bag. it needs to be wiped cleaned and the sticker residue as well. I removed the main compartment flap to make it larger. this can be easily used as a weekender bag, and it fits under the seat of an airplane. it matches the airlines standard, as it is a flight attendant issued bag. the wheels work perfectly. It is missing the strap that can easily be replaced. This bag is worth $195.00.
