Trash or Treasure

I really don’t know what any of this is. I am cleaning out relatives things and don’t have time to identify everything properly. The R monogram forks say Reed and Barton on back. The figure knife has Italy stamped on blade. The spoon says Community Plate. Three knives say Community Silver. One knife says Roger’s Co Hartford Conn and a name I can’t read. Those are clues.
