14” across bust laying flat from armpit to armpit; length from shoulder to bottom hem 24 inches. Bloomers are 14” across elastic waist. These were a big so we pinned them to underwear but I’m sure they could be altered. Last picture shows other dresses I have listed separately. These can be altered.
