Traditional African Wax Cotton Midi Skirt one size fits most

Brand new traditional African Wax Cotton skirt. No tags attached cause it didn't have a tags when I bought it. I expect this to fit S-L sized waists, very stretchy. Brand new — you can tell there's still a sheen of wax/starch on the skirt because I never ended up wearing it. Comes with a head-wrap that can also be used as a top.
