(Best guess about a size 10/12) There is no stretch to this fabric. Top has pleated shoulders and a zipper down the back. There is enough side fabric to let it out if you needed it bigger. The skirt is a mermaid style. Zipper in the back. Lined. My son is Rwandan, so I know this style is worn in East Africa, but also can be West/Central Africa.
