sjmm24 @juicyjey the printer isnt working. Spent 45 minutes playing with it. Ink cartridge is empty and stuck. Had to google to figure out how to remove ink and after 15 minutes still couldnt get it out.

juicyjey @nic13 Plug it in and turn on. The paper tray is supposed to be opened about half an inch to insert into the printer so it can print. I tried it before shipping. Why wouldn't you ask before just saying that it was broken?
