potlatch338 @ilovehory11 no my guess is that They will try and figure out where the package went if somebody stole it then you'll get all your money back and I might get 100 bucks insurance, neither one of us get the lulu! But the post office takes mail theft and fraud very seriously, I will have my husband file a report, he works in law-enforcement and we will have to just see what happens!

potlatch338 @ilovehory11 did you read what I wrote? you will get your money back! I might get $100 insurance but if somebody took the package or it was lost and undeliverable then nobody gets ! I'm the one who loses in the deal nobody else! , I mean yeah it sucks that you might not get your Lulu items, but if you didn't get the package they will give you your money back!

potlatch338 @ilovehory11 no.... And unfortunately there isn't anything else I can do at this point. I sent it all and the tracking information shows that. If u didn't get it u need to contact ur post office and try and have them locate it or contact posh to see what they say. Since I did my part in sending the package out, I'm really limited on what I can do now. Best thing to do is contact ur post office or wait for ur mail man and ask him if he remembers it.

potlatch338 @ilovehory11 I'm really sorry that this is happening but I am not able to just refund u the money. I don't have that option. U need to contact posh to see how they handle these situations. When the seller ships and has all the tracking to prove it yet the seller doesn't ever get it.... Ask their policy. But y did u contact posh saying the items weren't as described?

potlatch338 @ilovehory11 I would appreciate it if you stopped with the attitude towards me. I get that this is frustrating... It is for me too! Yet I have been polite and tried to help here but there isn't anything I can do when it comes to talking with your post office.... I don't have a refund button to push and just send your money back. Remember I said its me who it out the $600 in clothes.... Posh has their own policies that they will hold to on this... I'm not sure how it works since I have not run into this problem before. All I can say at this point is we have to wait to see what posh says about it. There's NO way for me to refund money on here. Again sorry this is happening I know it's frustrating.

potlatch338 @ilovehory11 on my end it now says the order was canceled.... but i don't know what that means because i sent the order and it shows delivered. so i don't know how the money gets released on my end or how you get a refund or what happens next. I'm going to email them and try and see what is going on.
