@rami18 hi. Posh responded that they will be sending me a new shipping label but wanted to verify your address that they’d be emailing you as well. Once done it’s all packed up and ready to go. Thanks for being super about this. I very much appreciate it.

They won't release the funds. I've had this happen. The post office shipped back to buyer. If happens frequently.

They will return to seller if the wrong box was used. It happened to me this week. I reused a box that a fellow posher had packaged my shipment in. Apparently they used a "flat rate box" and depending on your PO, some will return the package to you, others let them pass. You're not suppose to use flat rate boxes only the regular priority boxes that are provided by the PO. Not sure if this was your issue but just an FYI(:

@valkc no I haven't gotten it. They released them because the order says that I got the item three days ago so after three days it automatically accepts the payment.

@rami18 I’m sorry this became so frustrating. I guess the email to posh was not helpful in helping us with the very thing you were concerned about. I updated the photo section with the second shipping slip they sent me. I just checked and the USPS doesn’t have it yet loaded into their system but I sent it out 9am yesterday morning as soon as I left the house. I back you totally.

@rami18 I received notice that this was cleared for you. I’m sorry it became so complicated and the complaint had to go through them for it to process. I didn’t know this at the time either and thought an email would suffice not to clear payment to me.

As for the product itself, I hope you accept my sincerest apology in that it truly wasn’t intentional. I’ve repaid the amount per their request and conclusion. I really don’t know. There’s nothing I’ve ever purchased personally to have this type of end conclusion and I myself am pretty annoyed. Please throw it away... I’m really sorry for this. @rami18
