krystajI got my order this morning. I was not pleased that I owed postage because a flat rate box was used and the labels don't cover flat rate postage. I owed almost $7 in additional postage. I would double check that you arnt using a flat rate box because I know a lot of buyers have had this happen and seek reimbursement and are not as forgiving. Hopefully it was an oversight but on another note, I love my items. Thank you.

bhoward0114@krystaj OMG I am soooo sorry!!!! Every time I go in there he makes me switch boxes and I argued up and down with him I always use priority and I had to switch everything over into different boxes. He's always so rude! I'm filing a complaint with his manager and I will send u $7.00 . I feel so bad 😔. Please send ur address to ezdzit777@ live.com and ill put it in the mail Friday . Again I apologize .

krystajI'm not worried about the $7, I just wanted you to be aware. I don't live near a post office so maybe you can do what I do. I order boxes online through USPS.com so I know they arnt Flat Rate and I have them picked up from my house! It takes an extra day to update that it was shipped and you don't get the receipt but its been working for me so far. My post office refuses to stock anything but the flat rate boxes which is irritating that I have to order them but maybe that might help you?

bhoward0114@krystaj I did not know that! And they pick them up? Heck yeah! Thanks :) I'm going to order some ASAP ! That's awesome . It's so hard on me when I have to go to the post because my vans always breaking down or I've got my three little ones with me . I have seven kids from 6yr old twins to a 22 yr old . The older ones are away in college or married. I'm so behind the times lol. Thanks for being so understanding and for the info😊
