ToyBiz vintage 2002 Marvel Spider-Man police jail brick base BASE ONLY, working

Vintage 2002 Toy Biz Spider-Man figure base. BASE ONLY/ NO FIGURE. This originally came with a Spider-Man figure but I don’t know what happened to that. If you’re a collector or have the figure but are searching for the base though, here is one that works. I’ve added batteries, I’m not sure the shelf life on them, but they are included. Overall looks to be in good condition, any wear is consistent with minor use. Watch the video with the sound on so you can hear the talking and how it works.
