Tower Vintage 90s Mini Dress

Vintage 1990s Tower mini dress. Black with all over glitter sparkle. Open back design with a lot of stretch. The bodice is lined. Made in the USA. Size medium, but please check measurements as this is quite small. Gently worn, a spot of discoloration under the right arm as pictured. Measurements are approximately 12 inches across the waist, 16 inches across the hips, 14 inches across the chest, 28.5 inches from shoulder to hem. Smoke free, dog friendly.
