Toucan Straw hat light green, spray of flowers‎ on raw silk ribbon

While this is New with Tags, it does have some conditions. It has never been worn and still has the tags. The string that binds the straw has deteriorated in some places. I believe it can be fixed with a needle and thread. Please see the photos of the areas spread apart so you can identify the condition as well as the resting photos that shows what a repair would look like. It is a wonderful looking hat if you can make the reapairs. The flowers and raw silk ribbon are gorgeous.
