Totto quilted khaki vest

Totto quilted vest in brown with leopard print interior. Ideal for adventurous style. Has some wear but it is still really nice. Laundering instructions aren’t very visible but I can see that it says do not dry clean and do not tumble dry so I assume it’s washable and dry flat or hang to dry. I am not familiar with this brand but it’s made in South America. Measures 19” pit to pit and 23 1/2” long.
