Good condition. Totes light blue rain jacket Size extra large line shell: 100% nylon, lining: 100% polyester. Two pockets. Zipper front with bungee adjustments for the hood. Measurements taken flat: About 30 inches long excluding hood About 18 inches shoulder to shoulder. About 26 inches pit to pit. About 24 inches shoulder to cuff No, there are some spots on the right arm as shown. I have not tried to launder or clean this item. May come out not sure. There is elastic in the cuffs but they are not too stretchy. I am not sure if it’s made that way, or it has lost its elasticity over the years but it’s not crunchy. This item is sold as is.
