Totes Vintage 1970s Mod Rain Scarves Bundle How fun are these! Fantastic 70s rain scarves from Totes. These were part of a larger collection from someone who had a rain scarf for every outfit (check my closet for others). Now they are a funky time capsule of 70's style.
