thekings8803 I had already purchased a mustard yellow one and knew how the straps came. I dug every piece out of the packages. I know they have a short and long one.

thekings8803 Honey, I have every inch of paper, stuffing, boxes ribbon that came with my order. That green rose ostrich bag was in a clear wrapper. NO Straps. If it happens all the time maybe you should have a decal on the bags. it DID NOT happen that way this time. please let me know what your correction plan is.
