Total Elegance Staffordshire Fine Bone China Teabag Holder Porcelain spoon rest or teabag holder with a floral design, possibly from the "Famille Rose" The Famille Rose pattern is associated with Williams-Sonoma. Very nice piece and is vintage. The base color is white and is shaped like a leaf and has a flora design with blue flowers, pink flowers and the stems are green and the leaves are blue and green. There are holes in the top that go through to the bottom. It fits on a teacup so the teabag drips into the cup. It measures 4.5" long x 2.75" wide.
