Toscany Collection Portsmouth Japan pink green floral bread and butter plate

This is a bread and butter plate from The Toscany Collection in the lovely floral Portsmouth pattern, made in Japan. The Portsmouth pattern features a green ring, vine and leaves with pink flowers on a white background. The plate measures 6 3/8 inches in diameter. Very good pre-owned condition with no chips, cracks or scratches.
