Tory Burch [flawed] brown Beach maxi dress puff sleeves size XL

Great used condition. It needs a stitch near the bottom hem (pictured), which is not noticeable when wearing. The tag is attached only on one side. Off the shoulder puff sleeve maxi dress, missing the belt (any belt should do) It has pockets!!
