Tory Burch black wool blend windowpane knee length skirt size 8

Tory Burch wool blend windowpane knee length classic skirt black size 8 Fully lined w/ a stitched windowpane design. It has a rear hidden zipper with hook & eye closure. The wool blend exterior is not scratchy. The only wear I see is the stitching on the rear & fabric by the hook. Please see photo #5 - the stitching is still in tact & tight, but the threads look (upon very close inspection) a little fuzzy. Not noticeable at all however.
