Tory Burch York Small Buckle Tote

I want to say this purse was originally around $320-$360 and bought from Dillards. I'm selling lower because the straps need some love (SEE PICS). The rubber piping on the straps came loose, so I completely removed it. The straps need new rubber piping applied. You can do this at home for as low as $8 with products like "Edge Kote" (Google how to do this - you basically paint it on with a small brush that's provided). Or, you can take this to any luggage/purse/shoe repair place and they'll do this for you for anywhere between $15-25. Please take this in mind when considering purchasing, and see the pics of the purse straps up close so you can see how they have some light fraying due to needing the piping applied. Otherwise, this purse is in immaculate condition. No stains or blemishes to the interior or exterior. Also, this purse has so many pockets and compartments that are really useful.
