what's the fabric ? does it have give ? i normally would need a large but if it runs small

Hello, this is 100% cotton and in XXL size.
I usually wear L or XL but I bought this larger size because it says runs small. Very sophisticated style but stretchy fabric so you can wear comfortablelly.
