Tory Burch ruffle tie Maxi Dress in a size small. This dress was worn once, hand washed, and hung to dry. It's in excellent pre-owned condition with no flaws, stains, or odor. The color is Ashberry.  There is elastic in the chest bust, and the material is airy and flowy. It's a tiered dress with adjustable shoulder tie straps. 99% cotton, 1% elastane. It's lined, also.  The chest measures 13 inches (it's very stretchy, and the length (not including shoulder straps..measured from top of bust) is 44 inches. It has pockets and is from a smoke free and pet free home.
