Here is a beautiful pair of TORY BURCH FLATS in size 10M. Wore once for a wedding then kept them in a shoe bag since. Made in Brazil. Made of black leather, and have no elastic gathering at the heel. The inner heel is made of a gray suede material for comfort. The bottom soles are imprinted with the TB signature logo. No scratches on gold metal TB medallions. One small scuff mark back of L heel.
