krisstone85 is this only a crossbody or can it turn into a shoulder bag too?

keirasmiley @krisstone85 yes. using the convertable leather and chain strap, you can pull the full-length strap on one side until you have a double strap. With the double strap on top, fold the ends of the strap and tuck the extra length inside the bag's flap. Close the flap to conceal the strap ends. The doubled-over section now acts as a shoulder strap.
