Much loved wedges! Your heel sits about 4.5 in off the ground but they are very solid so I never felt unsteady. The straps are elastic and that helps keep your foot from sliding too much. The insides do show signs of wear but the exterior does not. The price reflects to wear.

lmcarpenter Hi! About how tall is the platform? So total height maybe 3-3.5 inches?

rperkins16 @lmcarpenter hi, I added two pictures that I hope you find helpful. The wedge is about 4.5 in tall at the highest point. the shoe is a sandal so the sole is pretty thin. I admit that I feel it the next day after I've worn these considering I don't always wear high heels and these do hold tge record for highest in my closet at this time. But they look great and I don't feel unsteady because the wedge is sturdy.
