Tory Burch Navy Cotton Pants size 28

The hips and rear of this adorable Tory Burch pant were taken in by an excellent seamstress because they were a bit loose on me. They no longer fit me and were only worn a few times. The rise measures 10.5" and the inseam is 28" with an 11" leg opening. This would be best on a slim hipped woman. They have leather pull ties on the zippered pockets at the front, a side zipper, and interesting seamed knee patches on the inside of the legs. The hem on the legs have snaps that add additional interest to these unique pants. They are in excellent condition.
