these were ordered brand new from Zappos’s. You will notice that the one sandal looks different on the sole and on the bottom then the other pair. When I called them, they sent me a brand new pair and said to keep these. Great condition. I never wore them. The one shoe looks like it was returned as there’s a few scrapes on the inside but nothing that is visible when you wear them.
