Tory Burch Knee-Length Dress

This dress was bought at a sample sale years ago. It is knee-length with a three-quarter sleeve and a brown, white, and blue pattern. I have only worn it a handful of times, but I recently saw a few light stains on the dress and had them removed at the dry cleaner. When I went to list this item, I noticed a few more spots. They are circled in the second photo. The third and fourth photos are zoomed-in photos of the marks.
