Why is there a hole punched in the bottom of one shoe? Also, the leather is scuffed at the back of the heel. If you only wore them 4 times, you should have returned as defective. For the price paid for TB, they should wear better.

@rizwil there is no hole, that was the clear label that had the size on it. I removed the label and updated the picture. The back scuff you see is minor and I’m not aware of Tory Burch taking back shoes once they’ve been worn. Other than the scuffs, these slides are in excellent condition.
