Tory Burch Hopewell Cotton Black Cotton Dress with White Lace Embroidery

This Hopewell dress by Tory Burch is made of a black 100% cotton fabric and has exquisite white peek-a-boo 100% polyester embroidery/lace in floral and geometric patterns in the yoke and around the hemline. It has a hidden zipper in the back with an internal hook at the top of the zipper. It also has 2 hidden side pockets below the waist. It's in excellent used condition with no flaws and I'd even say pristine and like-new condition. To me, it appears to have barely been worn, if ever. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure a good fit. They were taken on the front with the dress zipped up and laid flat.
