Tory Burch black leather & gold chain belt with Tory Burch emblem padlock charm @ the end. For reference I wear a size 8 in pants & have the belt at it's shortest loop 37 inches. At it's longest loop 43.5" long. The gold is bright & shiny. No tarnishing. The padlock charm & clasp do have some surface scratches from normal wear.
