sarahfina86 @msjr_01 they are definitely scuffed a bit and scratched. I've never taken them to be looked at to see if it can be buffed out or fixed but that photo shows the scratching . I will be home late tonight, but I can take more photos if that helps you at all! :)

sarahfina86 @aacat I felt they were a little tight on me, but I feel some styles of Tory Burch run smaller than others. I wear a 10 and these were just a little snug for my liking.
