Can be worn as choker. 18 Kt gold plated brass. Leather. Made in USA. Double “T” logo. Push closure. Excellent condition. No scratches on logo hardware or in leather. I see 2 small white dots on leather but not noticeable when wearing. See last picture. Comes with original pouch.
